#7: Countdown to the Canadians!

Q: I’ve been reading about you and I know you’re competing at the CBBF Canadian Bodybuilding Championships this month. How is your training going? How much do you weigh? Do you think you’ll take the Overall this year?

...Trevor

A: Thanks for the question Trevor.

This was the busiest show I have ever prepared for. I moved from Prince Albert to Saskatoon in June. My father was diagnosed with cancer in February and passed away in August. However, I have been able to keep everything together.

My training has been going great guns. At three weeks out I weighed 205. At just over one week out I weighed 197. I plan to weigh 187 at the show, which is 14 pounds heavier than the last time I competed! I am very satisfied with the condition I see thus far.

As for the Overall tittle, I will be presenting a different package for the judges this year. I will make sure that I will be in the best shape of my life. If someone else has done there homework, then I guess it will be the judges’ decision. But I can assure you I will not make it easy.
