Laura Binetti and Melanie Horton's annual Mississauga Championships is a popular event for Ontario's entry-level competitors. Held in conjunction with the South Central Ontario Championship, the Mississaugas again boasted an impressive number of high-quality male and female bodybuilding competitors. The event was an entertaining affair, hosted once again by Citytv's John Gallagher.   (Please note: fitness and figure competitions are also held at this two-tier event, and coverage for that has been published in the South Central Ontario Championships section.)

Big Eustace Abraham won the Heavyweight and Overall titles.

Robb Armstrong was the men's Middleweight winner.

Kathy Moser was the winner in the Open women's bodybuilding competition.

Terry Sinclair was the winner in the Over-40 Masters class

Chad Trachuk took home the trophy in the under-21 Junior category.

As in previous years, Citytv's John Gallagher was the MC for the night show.
