Wandering the Halls of the Olympia Expo

The Expo portion of the event runs 10am to 5pm on Friday and Saturday. It's free to the public -- so if you are quick on your feet and sharp-eyed there's a good chance you can meet one of your favorite bodybuilding or fitness celebrities -- past and present.

Is there any fitness competitor more popular than Monica Brandt. I call her the "Arnold of Fitness." Monica prepares to sign what could well be her two-millionth autograph.


Speaking of popularity -- most bodybuilding fans will quickly recognize five-time Mr. Olympia Dorian Yates.

Back in the '80s Cory Everson won the Ms. Olympia six times -- but Lenda Murray broke that record this year.
